Who we are
Mostec AI is an AI-transformation consultancy based in Ljubljana, Slovenia, founded in 2026 by Rok Bavčar and Nikola Grubiša. We work with SMEs and specialize in enterprise companies, helping them adopt AI without losing control of decisions, accountability, or how work gets done.
We work with clients across Europe and run our own operations on the same systems we recommend. Everything we recommend to clients, we have built and tested ourselves first.
Structure first, technology second
Most AI consultants start with technology and work backward. We start with an organization's decision architecture and work forward.
The real risk in AI adoption is not that the technology fails. It is that it works, and nobody mapped where it changes who decides, who is responsible, and what breaks quietly. We call these places AI Touch Points: the exact points where automation meets human judgment and where efficiency collides with accountability. We map them before anything gets built.
That order is the reason our implementations do not break the moment the consultant leaves. They are built on the organization's actual structure, not on a strategy deck.

- Discovery: a free phase that maps the company and its people and ends with a Discovery Report, before you commit to anything.
- AI Audit: a mandatory phase that tests each opportunity against real operational data and maps every AI Touch Point.
- Implementation: AI systems designed around your actual workflows, priced on measurable return.
- Post-Delivery: training for your team and advisory for as long as the transformation needs guidance.
